MY MURDER (Dark Side of the Word Podcast)

Hello, Tartlets and Darksiders! A new podcast episode is up on Dark Side of the Word. Join me and Kait as we discuss the psychological thriller novel My Murder by Katie Williams.

After being brutally murdered, wife and new mother Lou is brought back to life via cloning, along with several other victims of her serial killer. She gets to return to her happy marriage. Her daughter. Her old job. All the parts of her life she was told she enjoyed before being killed. But, things begin to unravel as Lou befriends the other cloned victims, and soon questions begin to form: Why was Lou able to run from her killer when no one else did? Why does her daughter hate her? Why is there a go-bag containing her passport hidden in her closet?

For once, Kait and I mostly agreed about our book club pick this month. Join us as we discuss all the ways the My Murder’s ending worked and didn’t work for us, what we enjoyed about the book and what we didn’t. In this episode, we also make an announcement about the future of the podcast.
